  • marketing research, new business model

Duration | 3 months (2016)  is an academics resource center providing academics with university publications related to the Social Sciences and Humanities. Because of a finance and regulations issue, the company needed to identify new business models.

Working at Attoma, we set up a Lean UX methodology that helped identify new opportunities and prioritize a product roadmap. I worked alongside a User Researcher who conducted most of the interviews.

Key steps

  • Co-conception workshops involving Cairn stakeholders to define the new service hypothesis
  • 21 individual interviews with end-users (familiar or not with the existing platform) to test the prototype and refine the service proposition.
  • MVP prototyping to illustrate the new service (5 key screens);

Prototype used during the user tests.
